Challenge
The initial brief was to create an industry-leading web portal that provides clients with real-time, fully transparent dashboards across Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics. The platform needed to offer complete visibility of the order lifecycle — including stock availability, delivery status, live tracking, and instant Proof of Delivery — all presented in an innovative, intuitive interface.

Although still in design phase the Figma prototype was demoed at the London Cleaning show to show potential clients and customers how the web portal and app could enhance their productivity.
