Background
As a Senior Product Designer, i was initially brought on board to help with their customer facing Weight Loss app, i was tasked with streamlining the customer experience specifically with onboarding and the initial interaction with the app.
I then moved into the Growth team, where I focused on optimising the pre-purchase experience across the web — from research and diagnosis through to purchase and sign-up. In parallel, I also led exploratory work on improving the online account area to deliver a more cohesive end-to-end user journey.

Sexual Health: Educate, Convert, Retain
Working within the growth team, i was tasked with improving the conversion of prospective customers specifically within the Sexual Health category. Starting at their entry point to the site, we explored improvements to category landing pages, allowing customers to research and educate themselves before choosing the right product for their symptoms.
