Weight Loss: App Onboarding

The initial task was to help refine the onboarding process with in the app.

Sexual Health: Educate, Convert, Retain

Working within the growth team, i was tasked with improving the conversion of prospective customers specifically within the Sexual Health category. Starting at their entry point to the site, we explored improvements to category landing pages, allowing customers to research and educate themselves before choosing the right product for their symptoms.

numan are one of the UK’s leading health tech companies that specialise in Men’s Health. Initially brought on board to help with their customer facing Weight Loss app, i was tasked with streamlining the customer experience specifically with onboarding and the initial interaction with the app.

I then joined the conversion team to explore improvements to the pre-purchase journey on the web, namely: research, diagnosis, purchase and sign up. Alongside this i was also exploring how to improve their online account area.
